What are considered neutal creature other then hunt ?
does the hunter sets bonus apply in merc quest... ? | thief, hunt, and MG quest r all included as neutral.

Hunter set bonus works in hunts (obviously ;) and a few of the merc quests (against monster-creatures and quests where you have to fight several waves of same creatures)
Caravans are _not_ neutral, so hunter set bonus doen't work with them, or with thief ambush for that matter. |
