So if I make a mini-artifact for golems while waiting to get high enough faction level to get double-arts, do I get a refund of 90% worth the resources it cost to make the mini-arts in the first place? Or (worst-case scenario) does it cost an additional 10% worth of the arts to get rid of em? I could find it out by trial-and-error but it's a bit costy :)
