how or where to get 7th lvl equipment, in artifact window it says, 700+ available but nowhere to produce em. how ppl manage to get it? |

| there are no factorys making them, they are added automatically the server does it its self |

As soon as you have enough money and resources a "Buy" link will appear under the item (if it doesn't say alternative building location or whatever). |
