I'm playing this game now for several month. And my brother saw me playing it and wondered if he could have an account to? or is that illegal?

yes it is allowed
but it is not allowed to transfer any gold or items between those 2 accounts
neither are you allowed to fight against each other or help each other in any way you can |
| Its allowed, but you cant transfer items gold etc. but you can fight against each other fairly according to the rules. Or help each other in battle against other game players. :) |

umm...
a person that have 3 accounts may not transfer each other. But if there are two persons that have one account each one? Isn't that OK? sometimes I give some money to my friend that required few more gold to build or as hunt assist reward. |
| Having multiple accounts and transfering to the main one is according to the rules....... Yeah you also can give gold to hunt assist award too :) and friends. |
