ok....i've made some 'improvements'
hero lvl 1 statistics(a (wo)man which carries a spear and atk with melee)
heroes spells(can learn nature and the group which the bless spell is in it)
gets 1 knowledge first playing
spells(bless)(5 mana only)
special talents gives 3x magic spells
