so, if i work in a lab mine for n. hours, i can buy n. Mercury, and i don't have to go to the market or wait for lucky days...
(that never comes!!!)
Agreed, you should be able to buy it, because those, who have better connection have a big advantage to buy them.
I could name leonvinci's proposal "workers priority"
over those who dont work in the facility.
How could this idea be implemented?
By the moment you apply for a job in a mining facility,
a workers-only-"Buy"-option is available,
even when no ressources are curently left in the working site.
But you should have enough cash already.
Once you used this option, it becomes unavailable,
till you end your work and reapply for the job.
The time you need to stay working is increased,
accordingly to the amount of ressources you bought this way,
and the overall working time is still reduced by high laborer skill.
I suggest that the work still produces ressource in facility.
Why? because else if every worker makes an order, the ressource ouput is 0.
This is good idea for workers, but it doesnt solve the ressource shortage problem, for other buyers who work at other facilities or dont have a job.

The fact is too low ressources are outputted
along with no protection for workers ressources/
quotas preventing abusive hoarding/
anticheat features preventing constant autobuying etc

Would this idea be approved or not, there could be extra things that we could do too.
i add : with workers buy otpion it never decrease facility ressources reserve, only can increases it. less ressources shortages!
Great the "workers priority";
in this last days there are not great problem to find resources,
so i can add another idea: "worker percentage %"
like the possibility for workers to buy resources or artifact
with a good price (a little bit more lower) in the place where they work...
Can be possible? Imagine an experiences table for every "Production works",
so for every "x" point you can buy with a percentage of reduction in price.
