- I repair Hunter Shirt and cost me 400 gold.
- but in rules I read that: "Repair cost with any efficiency makes 40% of the estimated artifact cost"
- when the cost is 40% and when the cost is 100%?

Well, the "Set-items" aren't really following that rule...
However, any other artifact does. Say you have a Longbow for example. That costs about 19000 gold (total), and the repair-cost is 40% of that = 7600. |
the only rule in smith, for each 0.01 point you get, you have to paid 40 gold :)
the more point you want to get; the more gold you will need paid; the longer time you will need to spend on a1 repair.
so, the conclusion: smithing is a good way to burn your gold; it burn even faster than roulette LOL |
