Ok, people let's face it.
Warlord is not going to break this game down.
His departure is his choice, and I feel no need to stop, or applaud him.
In all honesty, no individual player will have such a massive impact on a game that it will change everything. If he leaves because others cheat, then he only shows the community that he's unable to be mature enough to just feel pride that he himself doesn't cheat. (If he does then it's not even a loss)
Opening several topics and sending out a goodbye message is basically inviting the internet drama llama in to town and give everybody an (unfair) shot at moderators and admins.
Lately, the admins have changed and done quite a lot of things for the community, including blocking and penalising multi accounts. Moderators have listened to the community and have (began?) explaining why topics are locked or why people are temporarily banned from the forums.
I'm not going to say that it's a good thing a person leaves a game, but quite frankly, I couldn't even be sorry if Kusika left himself. Because I play this game for myself, and I know I don't cheat and have fun with my online buddies. If warlord was/is your buddy, then I can imagine you pm him trying to convince him to stay. But pasting it all over the forums is a rather immature and senseless action.
This topic has been talked over many times, and the situation is already clear to the moderators. Repeating the same thing over and over only aggravates them, and rightly so. It will force them to look bad. I really feel this entire scene is completely unnecessary, and I feel like a lemon for actually dignifying this with a post.
But I just want to speak my mind.
I would elaborate, and say more, but simply put: It's just not worth it.
Goodbye warlord, have fun in whatever you will do for fun next, and try not to be such a drama llama there. |
