why a lot of people says 'no artifacts' in many duels or group battles?

Personally,artifacts don't bother me, if someone wears arts, I'll just treat that as a challenge and fight with more care and skill. If he wins, well, he's wearing arts so no biggie.
Anyone here plays MMORPGs? Anarchy Online or AoC? Then you will know all about twinks and twinkage in pvp. Arts are basically twinks, nothing more, and we all know how twinks are viewed. |

twinks are those that have extra upgrades on top of their gear.
everyone can get the same gear in a MMORPG..i't's the outrages upgrades/enhancements that make them twinks.
in this case that would be great enchants.

| because if one player has arts and the other does not it makes it harder for the "naked" player. Many people ask for no arts because they don't want to spend money on arts, and don't want to be at a disadvantage either. However, it is important to realize that the game balance between the factions was created with full arts sets in mind. |
