AuthorEconomics - sulphur
ok, so if you want to buy sulphur, go to the market it's cheaper than at the facility!

HOW can this be? simple capitalism:
-not much demand for sulphur
-too much supply
My guess is that people buy sulphur to work at the mine, hoping to later sell in market.
But when they go to the market the demand is so low that they are forced to sell for a loss.

Any thoughts people?
Well, its their own fault
They take a "risk" because they want to buy low and sell high
if prices drop, and they cant make profit anymore, dont blame the game

Personally i think you get enough money from working and hunts, so i dont see a reason to buy resources, except when i need them for my castle buildings

the reason is u cant work at yellow lake, if u dont buy sulphur at sulphur dune
I think people are fully aware they won't be able to make a profit from sulfur, but buy it anyway 'cause thei're too lazy to travel :b

There wouldn't be a problem if we could sell sulfur to facilities - but they need gold, and gold comrs from artifacts, wich people almost don't buy (save a few. artifacts, that is, not people :)
In my opinion arts are manufactured with too little work. I think restricting the number of arts would work better overall. Right now access to arts is really easy.

Restricting number of arts for what? And what do you mean by easy access? - that they are easy to buy?
personally, if arts were a bit cheaper i'd use them all the time. however, at my level, a full set costs me a few weeks of work and will break within a week. so, tis not worth it to get them.
i spend all my money on arts..you can sell them later and get more that half money back.Is much better to fight with ars on!

Theres more than we can/need to buy. Just seems absurd, there is no need to have so many of them, on the other hand there is an excess of some elements (mercury) and an overabundance of others (sulphur). I think there would be a better balance if this could be tweaked.
