What's the deal with the production of things on the map.
You can work there but you need resources to do so... does that mean you get the final product?
That doesn't make sense because you get a wage...
And why would you work there if you need to have materials to do it that cost more than the wage...

I had the same problem read it here | When you enrol for labour, you are only providing the "muscle" for the work.
You don't consume your own resources. Only resources from the facility will be used. To you, the benefit would be the wage. To the facility, the cost is the materials (wood, ore, nickel etc) and the wage it pays to you, and the result is the artifact produced which is sold for thousands of gold to players.
The wages it pays you depends on your labour guild. if you have a labour guild of level 2 (bonus of 1.5), you get 150% of the displayed wages (ie if it says it pays you 205, you get 307), and you produce 150% more artifact for the facility to sell.
