any merc quest should be done at lvl 5 or higher (for convenience sake) in truth a FEW can be done at lower lvls, but in general, lvl 5 is the level to start with mercenary quests.
A goblin monster is about 1500 hp, about 20 attack and 20 defense (rough estimate) |
