I have a level 3 dark elf, and do not belong to any other faction. A level 3 racial/faction level is mean't to give you 1% to initiative. I don't seem to have that as my initiative count is 0.
Can anyone explain this?
Cheers | | Racial bonuses are added to your troops directly not your hero...therefore you cannot see them on the character page, but only in battle or recruiting. |
