Q: How to repair items?
A: Click on the broken (0 durability) artifact to see it's full repair cost (at the bottom)
Calculate my repair fee as (0.35 * original repairing cost) or (0.60 * original repairing cost)and transfer it to Shebali (sign it as "repair fee for XXX")
Click "transfer" on the artifact, then on the "Item transaction" page fill in the form as follows:
Enter character name: Shebali
Price: 1 gold
Transfer with recall in: 0.1 days, 0 combats and "Allow repairing"
