What is meant by the 'Cost' to learn a talent?
How to get the points of 'Cost'? |
you get points when you lvl up starting from lvl 5.
You use the points to "buy" the talents and you can switch them around as well. |
level up means combet level only or any other levels are included?
and are the amount of points fixed or determined by any other criteria?
is there a list of how many points can get at each level?
