I'm renting out a thieves invitation
You will have to agree on the following contract:
I, player xxx, would like to rent the thief invitation from Simstar. I will return my first thief art as I gain lvl 1 in the thieves guild and the invitation as soon as I reach lvl 2. I will also pay a renting fee of 2000 gold/day during the first 20 days. I will pre-pay 40.000 gold for the first 20 days but I will be reimbused 2000k/day by Simstar if I return the invite earlier. The renting fee will be increased to 5000 gold/day after 20 days, and I will accept a fine of 500,000 gold to be payed to Simstar if I will not be able to return the invitation within 35 days. I will not give or rent out the TGI to anyone else.
