| If Any One Block what can they do for unblock | Look at the reason why the character is blocked in the Transfer log.
Highly unlikely the character will be unblocked, if it is a cheating action that makes him blocked.
But if you really believe Admin make a mistake, try to write a message to Secretary. I know someone who has been blocked, but now being unblocked.
