Characters whose nicknames violate this rule, can be blocked regardless of their combat level.

Extactly his nickname contains a vulgar word http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/(insert his nickname minus the a) it says the word is vulgar his nickname is the foul way of saying a poo. His nickname without the a is a vulgar expression, And more proof is in the southpark movie its one of the words Mr Garason sings in the song its easy mkay where he teaches them to use alternate non vulgar words because they were all using vulgar words after seeing the terrance and phillip movie,

| but the facts remain that your name does contain foul language, even a forum moderator agrees that your name has a foul word in it and that is against the rules, its just bad luck that the official language of the game has a foul word that appears in your name |

| The way deleted message was phrased, with caps and all, it looked like it contained swears. But I have to agree with Kush - the nickname in question doesn't fall under 1.11. I apologise for any misunderstanding. |
