I have a thief invitation for rent!
You will have to accept the following contract:
I, player xxx, would like to rent the thief invitation from Simstar. I will return my first thief art as I gain lvl 1 in the thieves guild and the invitation as soon as I reach lvl 2. I will also pay a renting fee of 1500 gold/day during the first 20 days. I will pre-pay 30.000 gold for the first 20 days but I will be reimbused 1500k/day by Simstar if I return the invite earlier. The renting fee will be increased to 3000 gold/day after 20 days, and I will accept a fine of 450,000 gold to be payed to Simstar if I will not be able to return the invitation within 30 days. I will not rent out or give the invite to anyone else.
