Faction Bonus

I know that I am not supposed to post suggestions that cater to a specific faction, but I must say this for all factions except for Wizards and Barbarians.

It seems that while Wizards have 2 special racial skills - Neutral Creatures bonus and Mini-arts - the others only have 1. And this bonus, notably the former skill, aids Wizards immensely, when hunting or doing merc quests.

I propose that bonus damage by hero's spells for neutral creatures be added to all other factions, except Barbarians who do not have any spells.

Wizards do well in the game, generally, because of this. They have better hunts and Mercs than most. Dark elves never have a decent ranger at all, and die out too soon. Elves are Ok because of their powerful troop combinations. Necromancers seems to last longer, but with weaker troops, and they succumb easily to other factions with higher initiative. Knights are good, even without any bonus, because of their spam troops.

It seems that most of the factions would do well with this bonus, and it would also make the game more playable, and fair. Having lost all my merc battles at level 5, while my wizard friend won quite a lot, I will really appreciate it that this suggestions be implemented.
you forget ambushes, where wizards suck most of all factions..
Right.. and knights, elves and necro have SO many offensive spells.

"Behold! Magic Punch of Doom!" - and knights don't even get that one.

The only ones who get benefit from this idea are DE and Demons. And poor barbs get no treat at all - so maybe their troops should deal extra dmg to neutrals as a compensation?
