Current renting terms:
Return TGI in 4 weeks, + 1000 gold per day.
Return 2 thief arts. Get 1 thief art back on lightingsword's choice if return TGI in 2 weeks.
Then, you must pay 10,000 gold as prepaid renting fee for 10 days and reply here to agree the contract to rent the invitation. Prepaid renting fee can be refunded if you finish early than 10 days.

I, player XXXX, would like to rent the thief invitation (TGI) from lightingsword. I will return a new thief invitation in 2 weeks and pay 1000 gold renting fee per day. I have transfered 10,000 gold to lightingsword as prepaid renting fee for first 10 days. And I will transfer my two thief arts to lightingsword. If I return TGI in 2 weeks, I will get one thief art back on lightingsword's choice. If I am not able to return TGI in 4 weeks, I will be fined 600,000 gold.
