I want to know if this level does anything or its only to know how much you play with one race???

| That means that you have an Elf faction skill of level 2. You need another 39.9 skill points to reach a faction level of 3. Each faction has a different racial ability. The Elves ability is "Favoured Enemey" which deals critical damage to the chosen enemies but you cannot access the ability until you are level 3 and have the Avenger's Guild building in your castle. |
