I can't be the only one that feels that skill points are to imbalanced when some players have lost many a hunt to boost their faction lvl and others who just changed faction can't get skill points due to the new update.
Now I'm not saying that the old system was perfect. Players shouldn't be able to get to many skillpoints without the xp going alongside with them. So that the skill points awardment for lost hunts have been decreased is ok. There should however be a better regulation that ensures that you get more skill points for a close battle where you almost kill all the enemies in the hunt than a battle that you have lost in advance.
But this doesn't solve the aforementioned problem when a players switches to another faction. Then he is back to scratch and it is really hard to complete the hunts, that continue their difficulty based on how the earlier faction managed.
If in some way the game can regulate the difficulty lvl of hunts based on ones exciting skill points (compared to xp for instance) in the faction one currently plays this would solve two issues:
1 - With the new low skill point gain from losses in hunts, players with already high skill points can not further enhance their characters in hunts and the rest of us are able to slowly catch up.
2 - When you switch faction the hunts become easier and you can build up the faction lvl of your new faction.
If this is not resolved it will become almost impossible to switch faction once you have chosen to stick to one for a longer period of time. And then what is the point in having the opportunity to have 2 secondary accounts to try out other factions? Instead there should be 7 accounts pr. player - one for each faction.
I would like to hear if you have put any thought into this also. Is there a away to succesfully change faction as the game is now? | ah, this is to bad. just don't change factions
