when you click on the map, you see those

things, but sometimes they are there, even when you cant enroll, for example when there are not enough resources
so my idea,
only show those >>>> things when you can enroll there, and when you cant enroll, dont show them =) | No, no. Bad idea. What if I have resourses required to enroll? (and I usually do ;)
