I am a wizard with a small faction skill lvl so I was wondering if someone more enlightened than me could give me a detailed explanation for when the different miniarts open up and when you get the possibility to wear more than one miniart on one stack.
For example, is it in lvl 4,7,10 and so on that you get an extra slot and when can you get speed +1 and luck +2 etc. |
