Hi, I'll have a TGI available very shortly.
These are my terms:
I, player xxx, would like to rent the thief invitation from Simstar. I will transfer my first thief art as soon as I gain lvl 1 in the thieves guild and return the invitation as soon as I reach lvl 2. I will also pay a renting fee of 1500 gold/day during the first 20 days. I will pre-pay 30.000 gold, but I will be reimbused 1500k/day by Simstar if I return the invite earlier. The renting fee will be increased to 3000 gold/day after 20 days, and I will accept a fine of 450,000 gold to be payed to Simstar if I will not be able to return the invitation within 30 days. If the invite has not been returned within 30 days I will also be blocked by the admins according to game rules. I will not rent out or give the invite to anyone else.
