level 3 = 0 AP
level 4 = 0 AP
level 5 = 5 AP
level 6 = 6 AP
level 7 = 8 AP
level 8 = 8 AP
level 9 = 9 AP
level 10 = 9 AP
level 11 = 9 AP
each artifact has its own AP, for example:
