no really, i am a demon and i can kill only really bad line-ups at level 4 for some races, WTF are you supposed to do when all the enemy just puts their mass ranged in a corner, surround their ranged with melee and spam defend, attacking only with ranged...?
it is both pathetic and sad, doggies are focused first and go down like flies and horned demons have basically no initiative, standing around waiting to be shot to death...
i am really struggling against elfs and knight especially, cos often cant beat them even if i predict the same lame corner they will use... not to mention that when i do play better i win marginally because all my shit is melee and half my shit goes dont like flies, where as ranged units dish out tons of damage w/o fear of retaliation... oh and against a competent (read: he played the game more then once) player you cant gate near the ranged units...
so are there any strategies i am missing for level 4 demons? i have 15 hounds, 30 horned, 5 imps as 1 stacks...
anyway, /rant off but demons seem to me a little underpowered at this level... :/ |
| Check the duel log of character Omegahell. Demons have really high HP and doggies are fast so they can do lot of damage. If the players dont play properly against demon they just die. The charakter is just level 3 but it should be the same system at level 4 i think. |
Hunters' guild: 1 (39.00) +21.0
Laborers' guild: 0 (35) +55
train that a bit more, especially the hunters guild
Huntersguild gives you more attack, laborersguild more defence, and racial skill more of everything (attack, defence, initiative) |

yeah ill try now with more demons and w/o imps...
and the reason why i am only hunter 1/ laborer 0 is that i am pretty new player i think, and won XP fast through duels until level 4, only to fail at level 4 against said races..
anyway thx for the tipps, i will try again :)
btw can i do something about hunting more, other then to wait for creeps on the map or buy licenses (that are too expensive for me atm)?

| I checked your last log against the elf. The problem i noticed was that you didnt take retal from forest keepers. They hit you twice when it was possible to take retal. Always try to hit the strongest stack without retaliation. It doesnt matter that the bowmen shoot you. If you are able to kill most fk, you have won because demons can kill bowmen. Just try to block the bowmen but focus on the fk i think. |
| with demon you much have max imps, they are much better(demons are fast) that demons, and if enemy shoot your dogs, you have imps to do damage. |
