Conditions: 20000 gold prepaid + first thief art. If U return TI earlier than 2 weeks, I`ll pay U back 2000 gold*day left to 2 weeks. If U return it later - I`ll fine U 3000 gold/day.
Another alternative: 5000 gold per day (1 week prepaid).
