Here's my idea: Characteristic problem of this game are economical crises, mostly caused by the fact that workplaces with high wage are full and mines(with low wages) are empty, then there's not enough basic resources, then facilities can't produce and so on. Another problem is that some players maybe cheat(scripts), maybe click faster, then sometimes it is impossible to get some resource.
This all could be fixed with something like benefit for the employee. Every employee may have this possibility:
1, "Enroll and after the shift buy one gem(or other resource)"
or
2, "Enroll and after the shift buy all what you produced".
(I think 1 is better)
I believe this would completely eliminate economical crises, because for example if a player was out of mercury, he could get it by working in lab. And nobody could complain that there are no resources. |
