Rent time: max 6 weeks.
Payment under the contract:
1500 in a a day in first 2 weeks (total 21000 anyway);
3000 in a a day after first 2 weeks & new one thieves' invitation with one art of thief after geting 2 level thieves guild.
Prepaid: 21000 gold (renting fee for first 14 days);
Penalty under the contract: 500000 or blocking (in default to pay the penalty).

The rent contract:
I “Nickname”, lease the thieves' invitation from R_HAUER, for a period of max 6 weeks.
When I get 2 level thieves guild, I'll return new one thieves' invitation and one art of thief with 3000 gold per day (after first 14 days).
If I do not execute the treaty provision I agree punishment in the form of the penalty 500000 or blocking (in default to pay the penalty). | The rent contract:
