| To help with the number of repeat topics that I'm sure you have, you should add a search function to the forum so a person can simply search to see if his or her question has already been addressed. |

Yeahh the admins should improve the Search functions, there should be a simple search and advanced search to search more specifically using the keywords ..

for us noobs...I just assumed that what you saw on the dropdown was all you got. I didn't realize there was a lot of other topics. So I think there should be a search box on the pages that show the lists of topics, if not on every page. There should also be options to search just that topic (like just this forum functions thread), the entire section (all of the threads in the ideas and suggestions topic), or the entire forum (in case you don't know where you should be looking).
I'm sure it would cut down on repeat topics as well as cut down on time to find info, for anyone who actually goes through all of the existing pages trying to find the answer before making a new topic. |
