at level 5 you get 10 points, each next level gives you 5 points

| Nex level you get an additional 5 talent points, and 5 more the next level, ... if you took the time you needed to post this topic to read some topics about talents, you'd have your answer a lot sooner and I wouldn't have wasted my time writing this. |

Because talent costs in specific rings is different for each faction. Luck talents only cost 7 points for elves while it costs 10 for you. For more references on talents see this topic;
