It looks like Ridge of Hope is active again.
After doing a mercenary quest at the Ridge of Hope I was about to head back when I was ambushed by 3 Black Dragons. I did not get a single kill before being wiped out. They are Immune to magic and do very decent damage.
I suggest caution when travelling to the Ridge of Hope.
