At level 5 you have 3 spells,
magic punch (pretty useless)
bless and haste
Bless and haste cost 4 mana, magic punch = 5 mana |

| I'd like to note that Magic Punch is not at all useless. It's twice the damage of your hero's attack (with +1 spell power). It has saved me many a time when I needed to get that last bit of hp off of a Titan or Giant. |
My hero attack = 14-19 damage
Magic punch spell = 20 damage
So for me it is useless, |
yeah it's useless when u use arts for thief.

Of course u need mana. u must add your knowledge first to cast magic. |
