i have a question about the talent cold blade.
i've seen many players choose this talent and i wonder what monsters does this talent affect.
it affects only monsters who cast water spells or it affects melee damage too? |

the description says +15% water elemental damage.
so how could it affect monsters without base water elemental damage? |

Essentially it is a 15% damage bonus that is considered water based damage. So, if you attack a creature immune to water or elemental damage, that 15% extra damage wont be factored in.
It is the same as having a 15% "extra water magic damage" enchantment. |
the description says +15% water elemental damage.
that means it adds 15% damage (damage type: water) to every attack.. it doesn't mean it only adds 15% damage to attack with damage type: water.. |

| probably, just like DE can hit garg wit lightening. |
