it is possible to set a level filter in your inbox from personal settings.
but it seems that it is possible to PM a player with a filter by replying from older messages.
for example player A [9] has previously messaged player B[7] and now player A puts a filter till lv 8.
in spite of that player B will be able to PM player A by simply clicking reply from the older messages already existing in inbox.
apparently the filter function gets ignored while replying an older message. | | delete + block author. for some this is a good bug. it allows lower level freinds to still send them a pm, while blocking others. |
