If your defense, can't.
If troops, can. just look at the exp table. increase your racial skill until u get 1 defense (lvl1) or 1 attack (lvl 2). | | Thanks! | | Need to clarify this... Lets said your old faction, you already have +2 attack due to racial skill and then you change to a new faction.
