after you get the thief invitation, go to thieve guild in Silent Hill to get some briefing about how to ambush...
and tadaa....you are a thief already...
all you gotta do is, on your map, click any area adjacent to your current location, then you can click the "Set Ambush" button on your map page. |

You dont need to go there, you can also read it if you arent there, and they tell you:
Thieves' guild
To increase your thief rating, you are supposed to ambush other players or trade caravans on their way between locations and defeat them. To prepare an ambush, choose a location adjacent to your current one and click "Set ambush". |
after you Set the ambush, you have to wait until someone or something falls to your trap. Suddenly your character page will turn into battle screen...and...

you must report to the leader first before you thieving ppl. Be a polite thief, hehe...

| i paid back gold and since stuff is so exspensive i will probably try to lvl up on hunting so i can have big money for best arts possible (thief set)and can u get thief items from ambushing |
| yes when u reach level 1 thief u take 1 item , each level 1 item see at about the game experience tables. |
