If I correctly understand then heroes initiative take effect to he troops. So far so good.
When I fighting against thief knight he should have an advantage right (assuming that we wear the same arts), but I found that it is not true. Why? Because lvl up in thief guild your hero gets +1% initiative (it is good for mage) so you will move before me, and that is not good anymore. cos knights mostly have order magic, so if you cast on your xbow rapid (i go next and cast delay) so thief wasted his mana and in the end my xbow move first. So and i have advantage.
I suggest to put an initiative bar for hero and troops for thief guild players.
For example:
you have 3rd thief lvl. you could have for your hero initiative in range from +3% till -3%. The troops do not get effect from hero thief initiative they get additional 3% initiative. |

If i press wait then my xbows shoots and only i go after them... |
