my question is
if i enchant armor for example for 2% earth magic shield
does it mean that i have 2% resistance from earth magic
or 2% for my defence from physical dmg? | | I believe that since it is earth MAGIC shield it protects you from earth spells. but it also reduces melee damage if someone has enchanted weapons with earth elemental damage. | it also reduces melee damage if someone has enchanted weapons with earth elemental damage
But only this part of damage which is from earth.
So if you have 20% earth resistance, your opponent has 10% extradamage on his weapon with earth magic and base damage of his troops is 100, you'll take 108 damage - base 100 plus 100*(0.1*(1-0.2)) |
