I ask to fine in double size or block character ofca for infringement of rules since, measures took above other character but there not is above main thing than other players been worse than other, this is not fair, should punish all equally.

both of those characters belong to one player. The main one has been transferring funds to the secondary, the secondary is now blocked which resulted in loss around 100k gold to the main one.
Isn't that enough blood for you?
