There are many high level artifacts which do not mention any sites to buy AND/OR doesn't have the option of buy in the Artifact page.
How to get those artifacts ? For example, Steel Helmet, etc. |

you need 8 ore and 8 mercury and 2 sulfur ,then you can buy it :) |
