wait till the end of shift.
you will be able to sell the nickel to facilities at the beginning of a new shift.
make sure the place has enough gold...
also nimble fingers and a fast connection helps better :) |
| You have to wait until they have balance and aren't full of nickel. Usually this happens for facilities that produce popular items when a shift ends and people start to enroll. |
