Right. But perhaps it throws the problem on higest priority.
Several month everything working well, now this game is only waste of time | The developers introduced new thingies and that's why the server was laggy. It happens once in few months, so, try to be patient in those 2-3 days in which they are testing the new modules. Anyway, it seems the server is back and fully operational.
I am not a developer of this game, but I noticed some specific traces of development. | And spamming topics is of course a way out.

2. Before creating a new topic - make sure there are no similar topics on the first pages of the thread. Cloning topics is forbidden.
