TGI renting terms for PrinceLich:
1. You must return TGI in 5 weeks.
2. You are not allowed to trade theif arts or TGI in market, and you are not allowed to transfer theif arts or TGI to anyone except me during the rental period.
3. You pay 30,000 gold as prepayment for the first 3 weeks. If you couldn't return TGI in 3 weeks, you need to pay 3,000 gold for each additional day until you return TGI.
4. You need to give me the first theif art you obtain from Theif Guild immediately when you reach Thief Guild level 1. You need to give me the second theif art you obtain from Theif Guild if you couldn't return TGI in 3 weeks.
