You have to agree with this terms, if you want to rent my TGI:
-Return the TGI to Keepor in 4 weeks.
-Send Keepor your first thief art as renting fee for first week.
-Send Keepor your second thief arts if return TGI after first week.
-Additional you need to transfer 14,000 gold as prepaid renting fee for the first 14 days.
-If return TGI after 2 weeks, You have to pay 3000 gold per extra day past 2 weeks. You have to transfer Keepor 42,000 gold as deposit for the renting fee, which is refundable based on how many days past 2 weeks.
-You will not give or rent the TGI to anyone else.
-If you are not able to return TGI in 4 weeks, you will be fined 600,000 gold to keep the TGI, or be blocked.
-You are not allowed to sell or exchange the received thief arts. | Changed terms:

- No thief arts will be charged if you are not late.
- Prepay 45,000 gold deposit.
- 4,500 gold per day will be charged and taken from deposit.
- Leftover deposit will be returned.
