Minimum combat level is 6, choose one:

20,000 deposit + thief arts.
Get back all deposit fee if return TGI on time or
less 5,000 gold/each extra day after 2 weeks.
Only pay one art if return TGI in first week and two arts if return it in second week.
>>> Gold:
Advance payment for 5,000 gold/day.
If you do it faster, 5,000 gold/unused day will be returned.
Each extra week: add 1 thief art with 5,000 gold/day.
>>> TGI: Thief Guild Invitation. | >>> I, (your name), would like to rent the thief invitation (TGI) from Jeverag.
- I will return TGI in 4 weeks (max).
- I will not give or rent the TGI to anyone else.
- I will not buy or trade thief arts during the renting period.
- If I am not able to return TGI in 4 weeks, I will accept penalty 500,000 gold or be blocked.
* Sent to me your thief artifacts as soon as you got them.
Not the arts you obtain from trades/purchases.
* Log:
Rent TGI, X day. Sale/sub-rent is forbidden, accept penalty/block.
