Look at ur recruiting page .. and See that Ur skelies are getting bigger and bigger in numbers .. That is what we call NECROMANCY .. every time u kill living creatures and U win the battle, then u will get 1 or more skeletons .. and the skelies will be at ur army .. ^^ see the https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=38

to replenish your skeletons if you havent enough.
the ammount you can actually bring into battle is limited by your faction level. |
skeleton pcs is skeleton reserve that can sell on the market.
Necromancer have ability call Necromancy, raise the dead creature to skeleton. Only from living creature not elemental nor mechanicals.
Skeleton that was raised from Necromancy skill [at end of your combat] or buy from market can help you fight with extra troops call 'reserve'. You can adjust it at recruiting page. More Faction level = more reserve skel you can bring in each combat.
BUT be warned! if your reserve skel dead in combat it will gone forever, that why some people need skel from market. Tips : Use raise ability in your skel before you win is good idea to save reserve loss.
