| why is it that before level 3 i get all these challenging fights worth decent gold, then at level 3 (been a couple of days) ive been getting all these easy ones worth not much? is there any reason behind this? or is it all just luck of the draw? |
Well you promoted to lvl 3, so that means you have more troops.
With more troops you can kill the same enemies as in lvl 2 easier, so the hunts will be easy. Just defeat the hunts and they will get harder. |
| I think that probably when you reach level 3 you get some new monsters to hunt that were unavailable before that. And at the beginning every monster only gives little reward. But everytime you win at hunt the next time you get the same monsters their numbers will increase and so will the reward |
It's totally random. The only "non random" part is that the hunts become harder [per creature] the more you hunt. That means that if you have never faced "Farmers" until you're level 8, you could wind up facing 30 farmers or similar.
And the gold is also quite random. The same number of enemies of the same type could be "guarding" very different piles of gold. |
